2011 Summer Nautical Collection: Sail Away
Alright everyone, get excited! My personal photographer, Sara Tyer Photography and I headed to the beach to take some photos of my new 2011 Summer Nautical Collection: Sail Away. These photos would not have been possible without the assistance of the lovely Hannah and wonderful Micaela.
I've very excited to share these photos with you. For starters, Sara did an amazing job capturing the beauty of these beachy jewels and I just love the beach. So I thought, why not create pretty jewelry that reflects my love for the beach?! As most of my previous jewelry might appeal to a bride and her bridesmaids, these pieces are great to wear after that special day on your beach honeymoon!
Thanks for enduring! Sara is just too darn good and I had too many favorites :)

Tile Messages
How to create a Tile Message:
Using a colorful ceramic tile with a glossy finish...
I marked an 'X' on the back, 1 inch in from the top and sides....
Then I used a diamond drill bit to drill from the back to make these two holes....
Just thread some ribbon through the holes to hang your tile...
And write away!!! Even a permanent Sharpie works! Just use some water and wipe right off!
(I'm sure a dry erase marker would get the job done too)
A perfect place to leave notes and reminders in your office or a grocery list in your kitchen :)

February Stampin Up!
New Stampin Up fabric punched into a flower with a button center and pin on the back.
This is my new favortie technique! First stamp a large background stamp with a purple ink, then stamp a flower using versamark and heat emboss it with white powder, then ink up a sponge and rub over the white flowers and ink will only tae to the background.
