Snow Day

My snow day finally came. It was over the weekend and I was in Delaware, so I wasn't able to get a snow day from work. However, I managed to thoroughly enjoy the white stuff and spend time with my mom and grandma, along with some other things you'll see here.

So of course I had to go inside after seeing the window displays (previous post).

Anthropologie Inspired

This weekend I was inspired by the window displays at Anthropologie in Charlottesville.

Blue and green paint cans.

After my detective work, I have come to the conclusion that canvases were painted different shades of blue and then cut into smaller squares. The pieces were then placed in different spots, mixing up the colors. Most of the squares were on the back wall, while a few were on the store front glass, this gave the display depth.

Everyday, I continue to be inspired by colors for my 2012 spring/summer jewelry!
